He termed obscenity and indecency in the society as one of the reasons for the increasing number of rape cases in the country. But they are being accused of blaming the victim. People said that what is the fault of a child victim or a woman in a tragic incident?

In fact, Imran Khan's statement is being misinterpreted either intentionally or unintentionally. Imran Khan did not blame the victim at all, but said that the perpetrators of rape were spreading obscenity in the society and destroying the morals of the people, especially the youth, which led to such heinous acts as rape. They are turning to dirty work.

Every human being naturally has sexual feelings, which he wants to satisfy. Every religion encourages taking a legitimate and lawful way to ease these feelings. When a person, whether male or female, sees, hears or reads pornographic material, his emotions are aroused and he seeks an opportunity to express them. If all the things that provoke these emotions are banned then why the chances of committing this crime will not decrease.

One of the solutions to eradicate moral crimes in society, including abuse, is to promote marriage. Polygamy should be encouraged. Boys and girls should be tied in marriage as soon as they are able to get married. Marriage should be made easier. Simple marriages should be made commonplace by eliminating the burden of heavy expenses on celebrations.

The greatest responsibility of parents is to provide good companionship to their child, to train him well from infancy and to teach him to recognize right from wrong, good and sin. Children should be provided with a good home environment and domestic violence should be avoided.

Then, according to Islamic teachings, if a young man cannot afford to get married, he is commanded to fast, which will reduce his sexual need. Because too much food and substandard food, especially junk food, can cause our emotions to fluctuate and affect our thinking. Islam also warns those who spread pornography of painful punishment.

It is possible to eradicate all moral crimes by promoting morality in society and closing the way to immorality. But what is the solution if people still commit crimes of abuse?

There is a flood of pornographic material coming from all over the country, either in the country or from abroad, which is badly affecting the morals of the people, especially the youth. Accessing and viewing pornographic content on a smartphone via WhatsApp or other means has become much easier.
